A Turkish insurance must possess the following documents, before proceeding to payment. Documents of Turkish authorities must be supplied as original version.

1. Police report ;

2. Copy report of the alcohol test;

3. Expert report (and invoice of repairing if presently);

4. Copy of the drivers license of the driver of the vehicle;

5. Copy of the registration certificate of the damaged vehicle (car documents);

6. Authorization of the owner of the damaged vehicle;

7. All data and documents of the adversary (address, drivers license, registration certificate etcetera);

8. Data of witnesses;

9. Photographs of the damaged vehicle;

10. Proof that in the origin country no payment has been received for the concerning damage;

11. Invoices of medical treatments and tests, proof of hospitalization etc.

When the insurance company refuses the request for payment of the adversary, one is obliged to go to court. Claiming the compensation without a judicial process is not possible. For this reason it is wiser to start a judicial process immediately.
